What's included in the Basic Site Check-up?
We will perform a basic check up, including:

Do these checkups mean I won't be receiving email about it being time to do 5 month checkup?
Correct. Rather than us sending you an email, we will automatically run the site checkup to ensure your site runs smoothly. It’s like magic!
Will I receive a confirmation every 5 months that my site checkup and/or updates have been completed?
Absolutely.
It looks like I will be billed monthly but these updates are only performed once every 5 months?
Our previous system was a “pay as you go” model, but with this program we broke down the payments into smaller monthly payments, paid annually.
If I select a program with 4 small website updates, is there a timeframe I can expect my updates to be completed?
You will have 4 small website updates per year, one per quarter. When you request your small update, you can expect it to be completed in 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the update.
Can I use all four small website updates at once? Or can I use all four in exchange for a large website update?
If you would like to use all four small updates at once time you may.
Additionally, you can possibly use your four small updates to redeem one larger size website update. Please just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll see how we can accommodate.
Are additional updates able to be done at an hourly rate In addition to my selected maintenance program?
Of course. We offer design, consultation, and web development updates at an hourly rate. Please reach out to irina@khaggarddesign.com for more information.
Are security breaches and website hacking remediations included in these services?
These services are included in our tech support in the DRIVER and TEAM UP programs.
What is Security Support?
Think of our Tech Support as insurance. Our incredibly talented web developer, Randy, will monitor your website closely to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can I cancle at anytime?
If you wish to cancel your maintenance plan, please provide 30 days notice. Once we receive notice, we will prorate your refund per unused service.
