Educating Families to Change the Complexion of Wealth

We worked with Emlen Miles-Mattingly, the founder and CEO of Gen Next Wealth as his brand consultant and website design agency. Gen Next had a very clear objective on who they were targeting to serve, giving us a wonderful way to take over the driving and create something great. We worked to create a cohesive branding experience that matched Emlen’s podcast design while continuing to attract his ideal clients.

Challenge

With Gen Next the challenge arrived in the form of a rebrand to follow Emlen’s personality. Emlen gave us a good idea of what he likes to see from brands; innovation, cutting edge and difference makers. Taking into account his service of working with minority families through changing the complexion of wealth and helping them to create generational wealth. From this we established he is an extremely sharp, go-getter. We researched and utilized what Emlen had already presented to the world with his podcast and personal Instagram photos to truly get a feel for his brand.

Outcome

We used Emlen’s passion for his own family to showcase his desire to help families, while mixing the desire for some high-end branding. We took into account his podcast design in order to truly create a united brand. Our choices in colors completely revolved around who Gen Next is serving. We aimed to present Gen Next as open and here to lift up a group of people who are underserved by showing support and dependable resilience. This is a work we are extremely proud of.
