Making a Greater Impact

When you invest in your future,
you also make a bigger impact on the world.

Give Growth

Is a program we created to raise the tides.

We partnered with Bosh Bosh, a non-profit organization that unites people from all over the world who believe poverty can be alleviated by empowering women and girls through education and economic development.

Bosh Bosh uses business and fashion to provide their members with vocational training, access to extra-curricular educational opportunities, scholarships and employment.

With each project completed we sponsor one child’s education. When you invest in your business, you will also make a greater impact around the world.

I am 15 years old, and in my first year of high school. My favorite sport is volleyball. My hobbies are listening to music, reading novels, painting and drawing. My favorite subject in school is chemistry. My plan once graduating from high school is to study criminology or art. I know they’re both very different, but they are both very interesting to me. I think that if I study criminology, I can make a positive impact in my local community since we have so much crime. I aspire to one day be able to purchase my own house and car, and support my mother since she is my biggest inspiration in life. She has always done her best to give me the opportunities I have in life, and I would love to be able to do the same for her.

I am 17 years old, and my plans are to become a stewardess. I have already enrolled myself into English classes. I’m very excited about my classes and learning how to speak English. After working as a stewardess for several years, I would like to study at “Centro Aeronautica de Tijuana” and train to be a pilot. My biggest dream is to be able to help my parents since they have sacrificed and done so much for me. And to also be able to take my siblings on trips so they can see other parts of the world.

When I graduate high school, I plan to study Fashion Design in Guadalajara. I want to become a talented and well-known fashion designer and have my own brand. When I was 8 years old my mother taught me how to sew at home, and since then I knew that that’s what I wanted to do in life. I also love to write poetry. My mind is full of grand ideas, and I truly believe there is not limit when it comes to your imagination.

Because of Bosh Bosh I was able to graduate high school. They have helped me through my nursing school and I am graduating in the next few months from Barcolleh Nurse Aid School in Kakata City. I’ve always dreamed of helping others, especially those in my community and what better way to do this by being a nurse. I hope that one day I can study in the United States and learn more about nursing, so that I can come back to Liberia and help my people.

When I was small I learned to crawl and talk and I love reading. At 4 years old I went to kindergarten where I met my friend, Luz. In elementary school I also met a lot of friends, and in middle school I met my best friends (Luz, María Luisa, Liz, William, and Jayleen). I graduated and I am currently in 9th grade and I miss my friends but life is a cycle and you have to keep living.

I began to go to preschool and learn new things especially the importance of school and I’ll tell you that I even wanted to go to first grade and after a while I graduated and went to kindergarten. When I turned six years old it was the happiest day of my life because I went to First grade and I wanted to make a lot of friends and grow older each day.

I am going into eighth grade. I have few friends but they are the best. I like contemporary music, I love to design clothes and I love to listen to pop music in English. My future plans are to study in high school and a university where I would like to study fashion design because that is what I am passionate about. I really like fashion and creating different styles, and I would like to travel the world. I would also like to get a master's degree so that I can teach fashion at a university because I know that it isn’t a very common degree where I live.
