Don’t give up on your goals

#MAKE A MOVE

It is probably about 6 weeks out from the time that you set some big goals. I know the last time I emailed you I told you I made some goals that were non-negotiable.

But guess what, even though I deemed them non-negotiable, I haven’t been perfect. It is easy to make excuses, and with those excuses let your mind decide that it is OK to skip out and subconsciously decide— better luck next year.

Not this time! Even though I have fallen behind a bit, I have decided to get back on the horse and follow through with this specific goal.

Have you been taking action on your goals? How are they going so far? Is it time to revisit your goals?  Or is it time to make a move? 😉

Sometimes you just have to re-evaluate your goals and action steps when they don’t fit into your plan like you expected. It happens, and it is OK. Always remember, you don’t have to be the best to start, but you have to start to be the best.

And that my friends, is what it is all about.

Watch this video to see how I have been doing with the things that take me outside my comfort zone, and a few tips for how YOU can do the same.

I feel that I’m representing myself and my business authentically when I reassess my goals frequently and consistently challenge myself. I set some goals that really scared me at the beginning of this year, and I’m not giving up just because it’s hard. I know for me, in my business, I need to do better in order to help others to push their limits and do better.

So, go back to the vision board (or journal) and ask your self:

Are the goals I set up, realistic, am I finding a silly excuse?

Or notice –

OH bananas! I’m really keeping up with my plans!

Then take a moment to pat yourself on the back and keep chugging a long and doing great.

Of course I hope you fall under the second category… but I have a hunch it’s time to get back to it. 😉

I hope this Make A Move topic inspires you to think about how you want to show up.

Smiles,
